AP Reports: New Obama medical marijuana policy announced

Is it enough to protect medical patients from federal prosecution in states with medical laws? I don't think so. Not when medical users in MA and other states without medical laws will still be prosecuted. If you know that going after medical users is not a good policy then why do it at all?

Dave's legal growing in Rhode Island with no fear of the feds.

Not free in Massachusetts: fearing federal and state charges if this patient decides to grow their own medicine.

Does this make sense to you? It doesn't to me.
