Superstar Michael Phelps is settling down in a 4,080-square-foot, $1.69 million Baltimore waterfront condo that is to die for. TMZ reports that the complex has a rooftop terrace, a private screening room, a state-of-the-art gym and private clubhouse with pool tables.
We've heard that one of the perks of ownership is free use of a small apartment for out-of-town guests. Nice.
