
Tweeting is not a habit or past time that George Clooney is likely to take up any time soon, but that does not stop his fans from hoping that some day the famous actor will pick up his Blackberry (TM) and start writing funny celebrity quotes on Twitter.
The celebrity movie star's name is one on a list of elite celebs who are not (to date) using Twitter.
Pop Eater predicts what kinds of things Clooney would write if he did actively tweet; the celebrity news site thinks posts by gorgeous George would go something like this:
He is amusing and handsome on film, so yes, we secretly want to know if he'd be the same way on Twitter.
"@BradPitt Don't worry man -- I won't tell Angelina you almost left without Knox."

While fan watchers hope all these stars decide Twitter is the way to go for self promotion (rather than leaving press up to the discretion of the paparazzi), none have given any indication they are going to pick up the time consuming but easy habit of tweeting.
Even pop music and teen celeb Miley Cyrus deleted her Twitter account -- essentially un-friending over two million followers in one dramatic and poorly planned tantrum.
Is it likely other stars will make a mass exodus or will other celebrity figures get verified accounts and start to post?
