WHITNEY HOUSTON CD
Happy to report that "Jersey Girl" Whitney Houston is set to release a new CD, her first in about seven years. Whitney's troubles of the past few years, of course, are well documented and hopefully behind her. She's proved again, like so many others, that reaching "celebrity status" is no guarantee of personal and career happiness. We do share something very important, however, and that is the love of an ice cream parlor on Main Street in Chester, New Jersey. Whitney maintains a home in nearby Mendham.
Here is Whitney in concert with the classics "Porgy" and "Summertime" from George Gershwin's opera "Porgy and Bess."
