Fat cities
Does living in a city filled with obese people cause others to be fat also?
What about living in the fittest cities, are people more likely to get fit?

Ever wonder which City and States have the largest percentage of fat and/or obese people? What about the least number or the fittest cities to live in? If so, you are in luck: the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have come out with the data for 2008.

To get the results, the Center works with a research firm to examine the nation's 50 largest cities/metropolitan areas information on over a dozen categories. For example:  percentage of overweight citizens , rate of TV viewing among residents, number of fast food restaurants, air quality and amount of  fitness centers in the area.

As parents, we know it is important to provide nutritious food options and make sure the kids get enough exercise. But what about where we live, just how much (if any) does that affect things?
