According to a report by Roger Friedman on Showbiz411.com, Debbie Rowe will be asking a judge to secure agreed-upon visitation rights with her children Prince Michael and Paris Jackson.
His sources say that in the four months since Michael Jackson died, Rowe still has not seen the couple's two children, despite the fact that her arrangement with the Jackson family provided for visits with Prince Michael and Paris and a family court psychiatrist. It was Rowe that insisted on the psychiatrist.
Friedman says that the first visit was canceled by Katherine Jackson, Michael's mother, and the Jackson family has resisted efforts to schedule a subsequent meeting.
