In the eves, she switches hats and creates Italian meals - melding the local foods found in Minnesota with her Italian-New York upbringing. Food has been the means of sharing her Italian heritage with her Midwestern family. She has kept an Italian food blog for two years which has attracted thousand if visitors world-wide.
