What You Need:
1 pound of baby Bella mushrooms, (or your favorite)
3 Tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 teaspoon of garlic, chopped
1/4 cup of bread crumbs, divided
2 Tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
1/4 cup of olive oil
2 Tablespoons of (good) dry white wine

 

What to Do:
STEP 1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Wash and dry the mushrooms. Place the mushrooms in a baking dish. Sprinkle with the parsley, garlic, half of bread crumbs and the 2 tablespoons of grated cheese. 

 
STEP 2) Add the salt and pepper to taste. Pour the oil and wine over this. Turn once and sprinkle with rest of bread crumbs. Bake the mushrooms for about 20 minutes or until tender. Serve hot.

 
STEP 3) Enjoy!
