What You Need:
2 packages of frozen broccoli, or 1 bunch fresh broccoli
2 cups of sliced, cooked chicken (about 3 large chicken breast halves)
2 cans of condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1/2 to 1 teaspoon of curry powder
1/2 cup of grated, sharp, processed cheese
1/2 cup of soft bread crumbs
1 Tablespoon of melted butter

 

What to Do:
Cook the broccoli in boiling, salted water until tender; drain. Arrange the stalks in greased 11 & 1/2 inch x 7 & 1/2 inch x 1 & 1/2 inch baking dish with flowerets facing outward. Place the chicken on top of broccoli. 

 
STEP 2) Combine the soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder; pour over the chicken. Sprinkle the dish with cheese. Combine the crumbs and butter; sprinkle over all.

 
STEP 3) Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake the chicken for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
