Lori has passionately followed politics starting from a very early age. She eventually started volunteering on Ronald Reagan's campaigns at his campaign headquarters in Sacramento while she was in her late teens. Now, stating with regret, she also volunteered on George W. Bush's campaigns in a very different Republican Party.

With the increasing abandonment of Conservative and Constitutional principles, she eventually left the party after volunteering on Mike Huckabee's campaign and seeing the obvious party manipulation and blatant media bias of the 2008 Primaries.
