Mike Huckabee: Conservative criticism of Obama's Nobel Peace Prize sounds like 'right-wing whining'

American conservatives and the Taliban have finally found something to agree on -- both are horrified that President Barack Obama was awarded the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize on Friday morning. Rush Limbaugh called it an "embarrassment" that proves "God has a great sense of humor." Craig Shirley called it "utterly ridiculous." Michael Gerson said, "At first I thought it was a joke."

But Mike Huckabee is warning his conservative colleagues to put a sock in it. He said in a statement:

There will be an outcry from those on the right who will say that Obama's nomination, made two weeks into his Presidency, is impossible to justify, but I think such an outcry will sound like right-wing whining."
