Patrick’s love of astronomy began during childhood while watching every episode of the original Star Trek series. In the years since he has been a Planetarium Director, Education Manager for the Challenger Center for Space Science Education, a NASA Solar System Ambassador, watched space shuttle launches from the KSC press site, explained astronomy live on TV and Radio, and did a radio interview while on the beach in Aruba viewing a total solar eclipse.
