Pop sensation Jessica Simpson is on a mission to define The Price of Beautyin different parts of the world for her new hit TV series. But is the curvaceous blonde willing to undergo double-knee pain and "sore buns" for her own good looks?
According to the star's Twitter page, the answer is a resounding "Yes!". Simpson, 29, recently re-teamed back up with celebrity personal trainer Mike Alexander.
Sole proprietor of MADfit (that stands for Mike Alexander Designed Fitness), the two have worked out together since Jess's junior high years but this time the workouts have her icing down both knees post-sweat.
"Look at what age can do to a total badass At least my legs will look good!" tweeted Simpson while simultaneously posting a pic of iced-down legs via Twitter pics (see above-right).

Alexander (shown left with Simpson), has also worked out with sister Ashlee and The Hills hottie Kristin Cavallari.
Most famous for being the man behind Simpon's Dukes of Hazzard transformation, Alexander has a long list of celeb clientele.
With his celeb profile of hot bodies and being crowned “Star Body Sculptor of the Year” by Hollywood Life Style awards, Alexander's workouts seem love-hate with J.Simp.
Adding to her Twitter, "why am i still hurting from our workout earlier? I'm getting old! See you tomorrow with a pouty face and sore buns," she writes of her post-workout body pains with Alexander now on board.
“I can’t promote squats and lunges and step-ups enough," Alexander said in a past interview with SHAPE magazine. "Those are all exercises that you can do with your own body weight and you can do them anywhere with very little or no equipment.”
When asked what one piece of advice he can give clients who are looking to slim down with little to no time on their watch, Alexander went straight to diet.
“Diet is very important. You have to eat really clean because every calorie counts at that point. At the same time, you don’t want to cut out too much," he says. "It’s important to eat because if you don’t your body’s going to hang on to the calories it does get and go into starvation mode."
Adding, "[And] for exercise, I’d recommend doing two-a-day workouts: In the morning do cardio and in the afternoon do a quick weight workout with high reps. That will burn fat and create muscle tone.” (Photo/AP - Photo/Getty Images)
