A judge has issued a restraining order in the case of Capitol Records vs. Bluebeat.com. Late Thursday evening, the Bluebeat website was still up, but trying to call up the music files of the Beatles brought up the error message "Sorry, that item can't be found for sale." Albums and songs by other artists were still available.

The court set Nov. 20 for the next hearing in the case.
