
Beatlestock will conduct a special sing-a-long tribute to John Lennon at 7 p.m. Sunday (Nov. 1) at B.B. King's, 237 W. 42nd St., New York City.
Beatlestock is a seven member Beatles tribute band that focuses on on the singing, sound, and "feel" of The Beatles records and performances. It's founder is Larry Russell, who was Billy Joel's bass player in the early '70s and whose credits include touring with Denny Laine. The band also includes Joe Pecorino, a member of the original Broadway cast of "Beatlemania" and John Merjave from the band Liverpool which plays regularly at the Fest for Beatles Fans.
The show is co-presented by Sid Bernstein, who promoted the Beatles legendary Carnegie Hall and Shea Stadium concerts, and Peter Abraham.
