Yoko Ono had some kind words Wednesday for Lady Gaga, who covered "Imagine" (with a few changes) Oct. 10 in a performance at the Human Rights Campaign national dinner. "Dear @ladygaga Thank you for singing IMAGINE. Hearing that made me choke up. You are so beautiful! In Sisterhood and love, yoko," she Tweeted. Above is a clip of her performance.

Tim Piper, who's starring in the John Lennon tribute show "Just Imagine" in Los Angeles, sent along the photo at the right of him and singer Jackie DeShannon, who opened for the Beatles on their first U.S. tour.
As detailed in this story from the Rutland & Stamford Mercury, a 60-year-old woman sold the autographed copy of "With the Beatles" she'd won in a contest in 1963 to Formula 1 race car driver Sebastian Vettel. But, in a strange twist, the woman, Ann Bradshaw, had to put in the winning bid on the album herself because she works for the Formula One team. At least she knows where the album is going.
