Hollywood is full of amazing fashion idols such as Gwen Stefani, Rihanna, Jenifer Lopez, Penelope Cruz, Cate Blanchett… the list never ends! But they’re getting old, and there are a few teenagers and young adults that will soon be taking over the Hollywood parties and award shows and so, I have made a list of the best dressed up and coming divas!

 

 Taylor Momsen – Completely fresh faced and brand new, she got her big break on Gossip Girl and already made her debut at various award shows and events. When she gets all dolled up, she looks anything but her 15-year-old self, but as she hasn’t been spotted stumbling out of clubs yet, there’s nothing wrong with that.

 

 

 

 

Selena Gomez – The Miley Cyrus replacement. However, Selena is cute, smart, talented and hasn’t been taking half naked myspace pictures. The best part however, she can look like she’s at the Golden Globes and still look her age, which is 16.

 

Dakota Fanning – Okay, so she isn’t exactly “up and coming,” she’s been around forever, but now that she’s grown up (ish), I think its time to discuss her wardrobe; which is fabulous, by the way. She was recently even featured in teen vogue. I guess being in the business for so long rubbed off because she has yet to commit any fashion wrongs.
