Cell phone plans are difficult to navigate and your provider certainly doesn't call you with specials or ways to save when they offer sales. There are hundreds of cell phone plans on the market.  Factor in the different add-on combinations and determining which plan is right for you based on how you use your cell phone (i.e. who you call, when you call, data, texting) could take days to figure out.  Luckily there is a site that can analyze your specific usage and help you save on your cell phone plan.

Billshrink monitors the marketplace for you and sends an alert when your wireless carrier service or competing carriers/services have new or better plans that can save you money.   Best of all it is based on your specific usage.  Billshrink does all of the legwork in analyzing the sea of changing wireless plans just for you.

How does it work?
Import your wireless plan (you need to have your wireless phone number and online account password handy for your wireless provider) and Billshrink quickly analyzes your usage and what other plans on the market would save you money.  Best of all, you can also see what the call coverage and quality  is like for the carrier for your home, work or other zip code areas.

Cut your cell phone bill

In looking at my family's usage, I found that changing wireless carriers for one phone based on usage could save us $536 per year.  I also discovered that my current carrier had a plan that could save me $480 per year.  How likely is it that AT&T would have called and offered me that plan as a way to save money?  Zero chance.

You don't have to commit to changing plans or carriers but having this information at your fingertips provides you with options.

Be sure and set your preferences to receive the email alerts to be notified when new plans come onto the market based on YOUR usage, Billshrink sends you a new report - free - with the saving details.   I like letting someone else crunch all the numbers for a change!
