Steve Phillips’s 22-year-old girlfriend Brooke Hundley filed a restraining order against the ESPN commentator, a day after she left a detailed letter to Phillips’ wife Marni that diclosed the affair.

The document filed on Aug. 20, 2009, obtained by TMZ states that at a hotel in July, Phillips “brought me [Hundley] a strong drink and then cornered me…trying to persuade me to come to his hotel suite to spend the night.”

Hundley claims Phillips continued to call her until she agreed to see him, and “after the night he continued to text me on a regular basis with inappropriate things.””

According to Hundley she finally gave in to Phillips continued attempts to date her, and “agreed to see him a few times after work in parking lots.” She also says when their relationship went public, Phillips called her a “slut” and said that if his wife found out, “he would ruin more than just my reputation, but could easily get me fired.”

Hundley visited Phillips' home which led to his wife Marni Phillips making a 911 call.
