Seven women have now been identified from Anthony Sowell’s house in Cleveland, Ohio. On Saturday, the Cuyahoga County Coroner's office added three more identities: Amelda Hunter, 47, Crystal Dozier, 38, Michelle Mason, 45. Four bodies had already been identified were Nancy Cobbs, 43, Tonia Carmichael, 52, Telacia Fortson, 31, and Tishana Culver, 31.

Hunter had been missing since April, but had not been reported to the police until November 3 after Anthony Sowell had been arrested and the media announced the bodies found in his house.
Dozier had been missing since October of 2007 and had never been reported missing.

Mason was reported missing in October of 2008. It was noted that Mason had bipolar disorder and was off her medication.

The video below contains a story of a woman who claims that Anthony Sowell attempted to kill her, and she narrowly escaped.

A month ago, Anthony Sowell was accused of rape and felonious assault, an arrest warrant was issued for Sowell and then a search warrant for his house. The police entered his house on October 29 and found several decomposed bodies. Over the last week, the police have discovered 11 bodies hidden inside the house and in the backyard. Sowell is a convicted sex offender who spent time in jail, but was off probation. Yesterday, local authorities began demolish the house in an attempt to see if there are bodies in the walls.

In a similar case in 2007, two men in Utah went missing for over a month until their bodies were discovered buried under a shed in a shallow grave. The entire area was surrounded with junk that the owner collected. The police suspected a registered sex offender, Martin Nelson that was already in jail at the time the bodies were found. Nelson has been convicted of the two men's deaths. Another young man disappeared around the same time, and it was suspected that Nelson was also responsible for his disappearance, according to KSL.
