Her work focuses on the older woman finding her voice, incorporating life experience into the written word. Her latest book, Dead Wreckoning, her modern day sleuth stirs up the spirits of pirates Jean Lafitte and Anne Bonny in her search for an elusive brass-bowed schooner. Sylvia can be reached here.
