Find out more about Kathleen: Kathleen Shelley Howe has lived in the Dayton Area for fifteen years. This is the longest time in residence since her birth in Corning, NY. She loves the ocean and larger lakes, but now spends time enjoying fishing with her husband in some of Ohio’s lakes including Caesar’s Creek Lake and Kiser Lake near Piqua. She and her husband have ventured up to fish at Lake Erie occasionally. Being well traveled she has been to most states in the United States and several foreign countries to visit. Beginning a personal growth and recovery journey seven years ago has been a life changing pathway. Diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder and depression after living many years in domestic violence, which is what brought Kathleen to Dayton, Ohio to begin with; has brought a new awareness to her life; discovering that it’s not the cards we’re dealt in life that we must deal with – it’s how we play them. |
