After a four-year departure from South Florida, Juan returns to the place where he grew up to cover the sport he loves. For the past five years, Juan has been involved with the "beautiful game" at different levels ranging from print media all the way to television.

For the past two years Juan wrote for the Bristol Observer in Bristol, CT covering high school sports as well as minor league baseball and college football. He also produces the Mad About Fútbol Show podcast where he and his co-hosts talk about the greatest game on earth from a different perspective.
