Grilled peanut butter and banana sandwiches are a fun and delicious spin on your traditional PB&J meals.
What you'll need:
Spread the peanut or soy nut butter onto two slices of bread. Place the sliced bananas evenly on top of the peanut butter of both slices. Squeeze honey onto one side, and close your sandwich by putting both halves together. Lightly butter the top and bottom of the sandwich, and grill on medium low, flipping the sandwich occasionally for even grilling. This sandwich is best if some of the peanut butter is melting out of the sides of the sandwich.
