Ego's are growing and patience is wearing thin when it comes to the constant mud slinging in Hip-Hop right now. Beef is nothing brand new around these parts, but for some reason this one seems to be getting just a little bit more personal.

After releasing his single "D.O.A. (Death Of Autotune)", Jay-Z has been at the forefront of a lot of criticism from his Hip-Hop peers that enjoy and build their careers using the plug-in. Because of this, some of them have taken to the mic to express their discontent with Jay's song, saying that he simply needs to let it go.

While there are the rappers that verbalize their opinions by saying that they disagree with Jay but respect his thoughts, there are the other's that have stooped to the level of calling the Brooklyn rapper "old" and "washed up". In their defense, they say that auto-tunes is here to stay and it is a change that Jay is just going to have to get used to.

West Coast rapper The Game has already said how he felt in a very explicit performance in France bashing the rapper all the while getting crowd participation in being disrespectful to Jay. Harlem rapper Jim Jones and DJ Webstar stopped by BET's video countdown show, 106th and Park, and gave their opinions about Jay's song. Jim felt that Jay was "knocking his hustle" by releasing the song.

Ex-com padre Dame Dash, who is currently working on a tell-all book, was next in line to give his thoughts on Jay; this time regarding his rumored role in keeping Chris Brown from performing at the 2009 BET Awards. Though this has not yet been confirmed by Jay-Z or his representative, the interviewer presented the question to Dame asking him his thoughts on the situation. Dame responded that Jay-Z's actions were nothing new and that Jay had did it to him so why not Chris Brown?

Though Jay-Z has spoken publicly in the past about the backlash he has been receiving from Hip-Hop artist that are nothing less than upset about "D.O.A", Jay made it quite clear with this freestyle he spit at a show in Las Vegas where he addressed Jim Jones, Dame Dash and another ex-com padre Jaz-O, or did he?

Jay-Z is gearing up to release his highly anticipated album Blueprint 3 on September 11th, 2009.
