And then there was a beacon of light at the end of that very dark tunnel. Looks like DMX is ready to be an artist again. It has been reported that DMX is scheduled to headline the Ambush 2.0 Summer Tour this year.

The nationwide event will run from June through August and will feature artists such as Rah Digga (where has she been?!), Freeway, Beanie Siegel, and Flipmode Squad's Rampage. The tour promoters promise that there will be surprise guests and performances at every city. Does DMX still have it in him to rock the mic and move the crowd? Only time will tell.

DMX also has two albums that are scheduled to debut this year on the same day. One will be a Gospel inspired album titled You'll Fly With Me Later and the other a Hip Hop album titled Walk With Me Now.

DMX is currently serving time in jail and will be released on April 30th of this year.
