Find out more about Jennifer:

Jennifer was diagnosed with Celiac Disease more than 12 years ago and has turned a daunting diagnosis into a fulfilling career. She spent years researching gluten-free products and now she passes that knowledge onto the community. She is considered a leader in the community and has devoted herself to guiding people as they navigate the gluten-free diet. Jennifer has been working as a Gluten-Free Product Specialist at Return to Eden for the last three years. Through this job, she had been able to develop vendor contacts, sample new products and discover industry trends. Jennifer also volunteers her time as the Program Chair for the Atlanta Metro Celiacs, where she writes their bi-monthly newsletter, maintains their gluten-free restaurant listing and sets the program schedule for the year. She also coordinates their Gluten-Free Vendor Fair, which is in its third year.
