Here is a unique blend based on a rare and exquisite 30 year old rum. The Master Blender's Legacy is a testament to the artful mastery of three generations of talented blenders.

The name says it all. Here is a luxury presentation of Appleton's rarest, heaviest and oldest rums, distilled in copper pots and aged in whiskey barrels -- at the heart of which is their exquisite 30 year old rum.
The product was developed by master blender Joy Spence as a tribute to her mentor and famed predecessor Owen Tullock, with the able assistance of her protege David Morrison. Master Blender's Legacy combines the skills and knowledge of these three masters' select reserves into a rare and magnificent expression of Jamaica's finest rums.
Their passion for perfection is enjoyed in a proper tulip-shaped tasting glass or a fine snifter to savor the experience to the fullest extent.
The rum has a deep golden brown color with coppery reflections. The breathtaking nose presents warm molasses overtones intertwined with rich oak and subtle orange peel aromas. Once aired, vanilla and spice notes are released which perfectly balance the buttery molasses, deep oak and spicy orange peel. The palate is complex and powerful with a honeyed dry lingering spice. The finish is long, warm, big oak and caramelized brown sugar.
The first known documentation of rum production at the Appleton Estate dates back to 1749, however the origins of the Estate date back as far as 1655 when the British captured Jamaica from the Spaniards.
Nestled in Jamaica's Nassau Valley in the centre of the island, the Appleton Estate covers over 11,000 acres of land. The magnificent rums that are produced on the Estate are of a unique style produced only in Jamaica and only at Appleton -- a reflection of days past, of tried and true methods that result in some of the finest Caribbean rums.
Appleton Master Blender's Legacy rum is available in Jamaica, throughout the Caribbean basin and in select regions of Canada and Mexico.
