Wow! What a wonderful opportunity being a part of Examiner.com has been for me! My "followers" have both surprised and amazed me with their comments and private notes about why they take the time to follow my writing.

To all of you I say thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! I could never find the words to convey what everyone's support has meant to me. It is because of you - my readers - that other opportunities have arisen which is both exciting and sad news at the same time.

Most of you know that I write the Atlanta Gluten-Free Examiner page in addition to this one. With my new writing and consulting projects, there is no time for me to maintain both pages here. It was a tough decision to make but this is my last post as the Gluten-Free Travel Examiner.

But have no fear my fellow gluten-free travelers! I'm proud to announce that my replacement is not only qualified to take over the reigns, she is more of a jet setter than I've ever been. You might know her as A Gluten-Free Guide but I know her simply as Catherine. Several years ago when looking for help with this strange new lifestyle I had to learn, I came accross Catherine's blog. You might think gluten-free blogs are a dime a dozen but that is not true. Catherine's blog appealed to me for a very special reason - she wrote about dining out gluten-free! At that time, she was the only one doing so, that I could find anyway. Even more importantly, Catherine also wrote about traveling gluten-free. After reading about how she approached gluten-free living, I knew I could eat out and travel deliciously again as well. And I've been doing just that ever since!

I hope everyone will follow Catherine's new Gluten-Free Travel Examiner page as it will offer wonderful insight about how to travel deliciously gluten-free - no matter where life takes you!
