Holiday Baking Company in Worthington is a Celiac’s dream come true. As of July 7, 2009, Holiday Baking Company will be completely gluten-free!! Holiday Baking Company had baked both gluten-filled & gluten-free items up until July 2, 2009. Lisa Schaber, the Proprietor, had been baking gluten-free items on opposite days from the gluten-filled items. Now, there will be no worries at all of cross-contamination. 

Holiday Baking Company offers a wonderful variety of baked goodies, such as cookies, brownies, muffins, pies, bread, buckles, pizza crust & foccacia bread. A new item on the menu will be hamburger & hot dog buns. Exciting news! Holiday Baking Company also accepts special orders for decorated, hand-painted sugar cookies & birthday cakes, though a 3-day advance notice is requested to ensure that there is time to get the products made. They will be starting an online specialty store shortly so that customers can have items shipped directly to their front door.
