Kseniya Simonova's sand animation is brilliant.

Americans are using the internet in new and interesting ways every day. This video, which has been viewed nearly a million times on Youtube.com is from a Ukrainian television show. There are other clips available from shows all over the world online. This one though, is special.

It all started with Britain's Got Talent, and soon became America's Got Talent. Now, countries all over the world are starting their own versions of this huge hit television show.

One of the great things about this is that we do not have to live in those countries to see the amazing talents people from all over the world have. Video sites like youtube or channel sites from the countries hosting the talent spectacle are posting their talent online for the world to see. More and more often we are seeing skills and talents that would blow our talent out of the water.

This woman, the latest season's winner from Ukraine's Got Talent, is a sand artist. Here she tells the story of Germany's conquering of the Ukraine during WWII with a moving performance that leaves very few dry eyes in the house.

Kseniya uses music, a light table, and sand to tell her stories. The light table is much like a canvas for a painter. However, in this case, the canvas is always changing an never stops until the story is done. A projector shows the audience the work as it is created and destroyed, time and time again.

It's definitely worth the eight minutes it takes to watch her perform. You've never seen anything like this.
