Okay, so you're in the thick of the DC summer heat, and the humidity is driving you nuts. Your arm pits are channeling Niagra Falls, and the sweat beads have invaded what used to be your forehead. So, you do what any God fearing man would do, and you hit your knees and start to pray. Suddenly, your prayers are answered and you are blessed with the much coveted summer oddity.
