Find out more about Kelly:

Kelly Lanzara is an award winning television journalist. She has always been athletic, dabbling in soccer/gymnastics/basketball/softball growing up, track and volleyball in high school, and practicing in ice water with her Georgetown University sailing team to become national champions. Wellness has remained a priority in her life as the mid20s chaos takes a hold. Between work, friends, family, and a relationship, a healthy routine ensures that Kelly can sustain her best life in order to stay lovable, or at lease likable, enough that the aforementioned people still want to be in her life. She peruses magazines, websites, and peoples’ grocery carts to find fresh meal ideas that will make her feel good which she looks forward to sharing and expanding with you. The most important aspect of health and fitness is assimilating it easily into your daily grind, and hopefully, it will become something to look forward to and enjoy as much as Kelly does…most days.
