File this one under: Taken with a grain of salt. Allie is Wired has reported this morning (or confirmed, as they claim) that Twilight star Robert Pattinson is not dating Kristen Stewart at all. In fact, he's secretly engaged to another lady entirely!
Here's what the source told Allie: "They’ve had an on and off relationship that became more “on” and serious over the past year. He’s been afraid for her safety, which is why every single person who works with him has to sign these detailed confidentiality agreements agreeing to never talk about his personal life, and his handlers and him have gone to extreme lengths to make sure they’re never seen together, and every time they are together it is set up in such great detail that you’d think it was the secret service and he was the President." Supposedly Pattinson proposed to his secret love on her birthday recently.
What? Are you shaking your head in disbelief, too? It's hard to imagine this being true, if only because secrets so rarely remain under wraps no matter what kind of confidentiality agreements exist. If it were true, then someone, somewhere has had to have seen him and his "fiance" together at some point. This isn't a rant that Pattinson is off the market, because if he ever did find someone he loved and wanted to marry then good for him, but it's just a bit too suspicious to be believed at this point.
On the other hand, can you imagine if it were true? How hard would that be to Pattinson's fiance and not be able to tell anyone or fear for your life because he is so adored by millions of women?

Update: Looks like Allie is Wired has decided to take down the original post. It must have been because of Pattinson's confidentiality clauses, right?
