Although the photo isn't as provocative as the ones in Vanity Fair, Miley Cyrus is sure to gain some attention with her latest interview in the August issue of ELLE magazine. A photo that is circulating the internet shows Cyrus in thigh-high boots and a black dress sprawled out on a table. Yep, she's definitely trying to let the world know that despite being sisteen-year-old, she is not a kid anymore. The only excerpts for the interview thus far are about her fashion line with Max Azria for Wal-Mart and her friendships with other teen celebrities.
Cyrus came under fire last year when she famously posed for Vanity Fair magazine. The cover of the issue showed Cyrus posing with a sheet wrapped loosely around her and her back bare. It incited quite a bit of controversy, especially since she was a mere fifteen-years-old at the time. Other photos inside the issue showed Cyrus lounging with her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, in a way that many viewed as a little too close for comfort. Although she initially defended the photo and said it wasn't that bad, she later said that she was taken advantage of.
Is she going to say the same about ELLE magazine if controversy ensues?
