Jesse Jackson adds to the hate

Jesse Jackson has waded into the "hate speech" brouhaha. Naturally, he can't do that without blaming conservatives and guns.

The three prominent examples he starts out with, the Holocaust Museum shooter, the abortionist shooter and the Pittsburgh police shooter are all presented as "right-wing extremists," and proof that objecting to the DHS "domestic terror" report is wrong-headed.

I call foul. Not just because this is being used to paint Bill of Rights advocates as the source of hatred, but also because all three shooters shared neo-Nazi sentiments, and the term "Nazism," of course, is derived from "national socialism."

No amount of denial from contemporary left-wingers will change that. Nor will denial from wealth redistribution advocates who earn an enviable living for themselves by placing so much emphasis on race.

Projecting much, "Reverend"?

Read his whole screed. I'm not going to fisk it here to point out all the falsehoods, all the contradictions, all the hyperbole and hostility toward self-defense. What I will do is note how Mr. Jackson has expanded the pool of haters:

The economic downturn has been particularly brutal on manufacturing workers, on veterans and on low-wage workers. Many of these people feel abused by their government, threatened by low-wage immigrants and angered by civil-rights advances.

Have fun explaining that at your next "worker rally," Jesse. Why not tell them flat-out you don't trust them with guns because you think they're manipulable xenophobic racists who are too easily swayed by demagogues?

And while you're lecturing us on anti-Semites and "hate speech," why not also lecture the inhabitants of...what did you call it...?

Hymietown...?

Maybe you can repeat for them how you're "sick and tired of hearing about the Holocaust"...?

You remember: that's when the polizei were not "outgunned," and all those national socialists were able to show everyone the true potential of a government monopoly of force.
