Florida has "shall issue" CCW, so I'm wondering if there is a Gateway Center code of conduct or tenant company policies prohibiting it, combined with most people thinking they'll never encounter anyone intent on doing them serious harm.

"He would imagine things sometimes," his former mother-in-law said. "From what I understand they had him in a mental institution six months ago."
If true, is the suspect a "prohibited person"?
