While The Real Housewives of Orange County and The Hills may never be considered groundbreaking television (trendsetting, perhaps), they are definitely can't-miss guilty pleasures for many -- so much so that the People's Choice Awards have taken notice.
The Real Housewives franchise and The Hills, along with 10 other shows, are up for a nomination in the Favorite TV Obsession category of the 2010 People's Choice Awards. To vote, visit the People's Choice website. If you register, you are automatically entered for a chance to win tickets to the live ceremony, hosted by Queen Latifah, at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles on Jan. 6, 2010.
This round of voting ends on Dec. 8, when the top five selections will compete for the top prize. Other shows in contention for a nomination in the Obsession category include Big Brother, Dexter, Flight of the Conchords, Gossip Girl, Greek, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Mad Men, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, The Secret Life of the American Teenager and True Blood.
