The Air Force’s 413 Flight Test Squadron, in cooperation with Boeing, successfully test fired a high-powered laser aboard the Advanced Tactical Laser aircraft. The test was conducted over the White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico. The laser was directed at a ground based target from an undisclosed distance and elevation.
