Supermodel Niki Taylor and her husband, NASCAR driver Burney Lamar, welcomed a baby girl yesterday in Nashville, according to People Magazine. Their daughter, who they named Ciel Taylor, arrived at 11:30 a.m. and weighed in at 7 lbs., 8 oz.

Taylor has long been recognized in the modeling industry as one of the first original ‘supermodels.’ According to Wikipedia,
In May 1996, she set a record by appearing on the cover of the six major American women's fashion and fitness magazines in the same month: Allure, Vogue, ELLE, Marie Claire, Self, and Shape. They have become known as the "Niki Six." Taylor appeared in the 1997, 1998 and 1999 editions of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, as well as on the 1998 cover of its swimsuit calendar. Taylor has been on the cover of over 400 magazines to date.
This is the first child for Lamar and the third for Taylor, who also has 14-year old twin boys Hunter and Jake from a previous relationship.
Congratulations to the happy family!
