The official Hello Kitty 35th anniversary website has launched!

The website, available in English or Japanese, is the premier official Sanrio source of everything 35th anniversary.
The homepage gives an official explanation to the colors chosen to represent the 35th anniversary: red is for friendship, pink is for cute, yellow is for heartful, green is for wish, and lavender is for sweet. All of these colors are used throughout the site and in the commemorative 35th anniversary designs. But the site has a lot more than just pretty colors. The site lists special not-to-miss anniversary events and contests occuring throughout the world (so far there are only events for Japan and Korea). The fun Design Museum and Goods Museum page looks at influential designs and items from past to present. There are profiles on every single one of Kitty's family members and friends (but I don't see Dear Daniel listed here... why is that?). Free wallpapers, quizzes, unique videos, and other fun stuff are also available on the site. There is even a helpful page of all the commemorative items released for the anniversary, which is very useful for die-hard fans (yes, it also tells you when and where you can buy them, along with the price).
All in all, a very adorable and fun Hello Kitty site.
