Prior to that, Michal worked in high-tech, leading and implementing sales and marketing Internet systems. Michal is an environmental activist and has been involved with several green initiatives. She is a member of several environmental groups and a founder of "Avi Green Now," a venue that educates the public and increases environmental awareness through a series of green resources presentations.
