Do crop circles theories support crop circle formations as hoax or real? This is the very topic of the interview Gina Alzate and Joan Branch conducted with Dr. Simeon Hein on World Tours and Cruises Talk Radio on June 30, 2009.  Dr. Simeon Hein is the author of Opening Minds - A Journey of Extraordinary Encounters, Crop Circles and Resonance.

Dr. Hein is the founder of the Mount Baldy Institute in 1996, which aims to give people the chance to learn remote viewing, a type of intuitive training that taps into our subconscious intelligence. Dr. Heim holds a Ph. D. in Sociology with an emphasis on statistics and research methods. He is the Mount Baldy Crop Circle Research Team Lead.  His research team conducts a journey to Wiltshire, England in July of each year taking a group of curious explorers to these crop circles to study them and be on site to feel the energies produced. Dr. Heim's crop circle tour takes place this year on July 22-30, 2009.  Incidentally, the tour will occur during the New Moon Total Solar Eclipse of July 22, 2009 whose effects can be felt +/- 4 days of the date.

Crop Circles: Real or Hoax

World Tours and Cruises Talk Radio

What was fascinating about the interview was the exploration of scientists' interests to study crop circles and what have they found so far. According to Dr. Hein, crop circles continue to fascinate his team of researchers as there is not a real conclusive   evidence that points to the formation of the energy crop circles generate. Dr. Hein's team uses equipment and energy readers to measure electrical and magnetic fields produced by the crop circles.

As for determining whether or not crop circles are real, Dr. Hein stated that it is the wrong question to ask. The question they are still asking is how do crop circles produce powerful energies that have the abilities to stop batteries and equipment from working properly. Dr. Hein impressed upon our listeners that all crop circles are real, whether or not they are man-made. Crop circles produce electrical and magnetic current, and that the circular patterns produce more energy than intricate and ornate formations. Apparently several groups of crop circle makers have shown his team how crop circles are produced by humans.

One of the elements of scientific query is to have a baseline in order to measure the difference once treatment or effect has been made on a subject, which is the crop field. What these crop circle makers still not able to point out is "How is the energy created once the crop circle has been formed?" That is the question that fascinates Dr. Hein's research team.

Another interesting point Dr. Hein mentioned is that crop circle makers are quite passionate with their work. He elaborated how at first these makers had to prove to his team how crop circles can be made, even at night with no benefit of lighting and being careful of public exposure. The crop circle makers spend months of preparation to create their formations. The more intricate the design formations, the more likely these are made by humans. At times crop circle formation becomes a competitive event for makers. What motivates them to create crop circles is also a question with no conclusive answer.  Their motivators are apparently intrinsic as they choose to be unknown and nameless.

Yet, if all crop circles made by humans are accounted for, and there are those not claimed, who created those crop circles? That is another question yet to be answered fully by the scientific community.  To learn more about Dr. Simeon Heim's work with crop circles, visit www.mountbaldy.com/crop.
