It's Playhouse  time again!

Fans of the 80s kids/cult classic saturday monring show will be pleased to know that  The Pee Wee Herman Show  is returning.  According to Variety, Paul Reubens, the actor better known as Pee-Wee, will be reprising his show, this time on-stage, for a limited run.  The show is set to begin November 8 at Hollywood's Music Box at the Fonda Theater.

The character of Pee-Wee, with his awkwardly tight suit, large white shoes, endearingly annoying laugh, and childlike demeanor first came to light as part of the legendary Groundlings improv troupe, before going on to fame in TV and film.

Many in the original cast are set to return to reprise their roles, and we  can only pray that Laurence Fishburne will come back to don his Cowboy Curtis hat once again.  Welcome back Miss Yvonne, Mailman Mike, Cowboy Curtis and Jambi the Genie, as well as Pee-wee's talking chair Chairry, Pterri the pterodactyl, robot Conky, Magic Screen and Randy!
