It’s officially down to the wire for U2 fans. The band’s highly anticipated world tour “U2 360” makes its debut on Tuesday in Barcelona. And now, a possible setlist has been leaked.

The list of songs released was part of U2’s rehearsal in Spain last Thursday for the tour’s opening night. Whether this could be the official setlist that fans will get to hear next week is unclear. As we all know with U2, anything is possible. But after looking over what they did for a rehearsal, it looks like Barcelona is going to get an amazing show.

For anyone who hates spoilers and wants to wait until their respective show to see what U2 will be performing, don’t click on the link to the setlist. Everyone else who wants to take a sneak peek, click here and read on. Thanks to one of the people who left a comment on a previous post about the setlist being leaked. I couldn’t wait to check it out!

As I stated in a previous post, my favorite U2 song ever is “Beautiful Day” so I’m pumped that they chose it as a possible opening number. It has those beats that start off slow, then once it gets to the chorus, the song explodes. When it’s performed live, it’s just magic.

I’m surprised there’s not a little more from “How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb” on there. I know the tour is supporting the new album, but “Atomic” was a perfect record to me and I would have liked to see maybe two more songs from it on the setlist. But I’m happy “City of Blinding Lights” made the cut.

As for songs from the new album, I love that the title track is on there. I was hoping for “White as Snow” or “Stand Up Comedy” to make an appearance. I’m also a little disappointed “Sunday Bloody Sunday” wasn’t chosen. I know they do it all the time, but it’s still such a great song. But I’m so intrigued that they pulled out “Angel of Harlem”. I’m going to both New York shows so I’m keeping my fingers crossed they perform it there.

What does everyone else think? Rants or raves about this rehearsal list? Which city are you seeing the band in? I can’t wait for September to roll around!
