Kiomarie Cruz, childhood friend of Casey Anthony, was deposed last week by Casey's attorney, Jose Baez.
Casey is charged with the first-degree murder of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee.
Cruz claimed when she and Casey were young they would bury pets, dress in black, and pray in the same wooded area that Caylee's remains were found.
Cruz has been criticized for selling her story to the National Enquirer for $20,000. Many argue that this will hurt her credibility if she is called as a witness to testify in Casey's trial tentatively scheduled for Oct. 12.
