Lee Anthony to be deposed in Gonzalez case as scheduled

Lee Anthony speaks during the memorial for his niece, Caylee Anthony. (AP/Red Huber) Lee Anthony is slated to give his sworn testimony in the civil defamation suit brought by Zenaida Gonzalez against his sister, Casey on Friday morning at 9 a.m.
Lee’s parents, George and Cindy Anthony were scheduled to be deposed on Thursday, but their depositions have been delayed after they claimed in court documents they were not psychologically ready for the experience.
According to Lee’s attorney, he just wants to get the deposition over with and knows nothing about Zenaida Gonzalez.
Casey Anthony is charged with the first-degree murder of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Anthony and claimed someone named Zenaida Gonzalez had kidnapped the little girl. Caylee’s remains were discovered Dec. 11.
