Geraldo calls Casey Anthony whiny and selfish

On Saturday, Geraldo Rivera's Fox News television show played portions of the the now infamous "lost" videotape of the Anthony jailhouse visit released just last week.  Geraldo describes Casey Anthony as, "...selfish, disrespectful, and concerned only about herself--never even mentioning her then still missing child..."  Later in the interview he calls Casey "That whiny, selfish, bitch."

Brad Conway, the Anthony family attorney was a guest on the show and agreed with Geraldo the visit should have never taken place, since Casey's attorney, Jose Baez, had instructed her not to participate in any family visits when he was out of town--which he was when the visit took place. 

Conway agreed with Geraldo's assertions that his clients, George and Cindy Anthony, were manipulated into the visit, which Geraldo deemed, "a set up."

The two men also agreed it is not likely Casey will testify in her own defense and if the videotape is used during the trial it will be "damning."

Conway and Geraldo went on to discuss Roy Kronk, the public utility worker who found Caylee Anthony's remains on Dec. 11, but had called authorities regarding a bag he had seen in the area as early as August.  Conway believes between Kronk revisited the crime scene several times before the discovery and claims to have a credible witness that places Kronk in the area between August 14 and December 11. 

Geraldo asks Conway, "Do you think there's more funky information to come out about him?" to which Conway replies, "I know there is." 

Kronk was arrested in the 1990s for kidnapping his ex-girlfriend; however, a grand jury found he had been falsely accused.  Kronk had also worked as a bounty hunter for 11 years in Kingsport, Tennessee, but ended that career in 2004.

Finally, Conway noted that the Anthony's are not afraid of being indicted for obstruction because they believe they have fully cooperated with authorities.  "If the State wants to pitch that ball, we'll knock it out of the park," Conway said.
