
Adam Lambert's new single "Time For Miracles" is expected to be a smash hit. The song has reached #1 in MP3 downloads on Amazon in the USA, reached #11 on ITunes USA Top Songs, and reached # 7 on ITunes Canada Top Songs. The song will be featured on the upcoming soundtrack to the film "2012"
The music video for the song was exclusively premiered on My Space on Wednesday, October 21. Lambert's music video has special effects and clips from "2012. The singer is dressed in black as he sings from the roof top and walks through the city streets in the middle of the destruction as depicted in the movie.
"Time for Miracles" is Lambert's first official single since "American Idol. The soundtrack for the movie will be released on November 10th.
In the movie 2012, the director, Roland Emmerich has returned to his most successful end-of-the-world form for this film about the Mayan prophecy that predicts the world will end in the year 2012. The movie stars John Cusack, Amanda Peet, Thandie Newton, and Woody Harrelson. 2012 will follow a group of survivors as they deal with the catastrophic events occurring on their planet as the world as they know it slowly comes to an end.
The movie release date is November 13th. The movie US premiere will be held in Los Angeles on Tuesday, November 3rd at the Regal Cinemas in the LA Live Center in downtown LA next to the Staples Center. Lambert stated in a interview conducted at the American Music Awards press conference, that he will be attending the Los Angeles premiere.
