When blog posts began appearing about the new Betty Crocker gluten-free products, it was apparent that the company was sending out samples to people to test taste and review gluten-free products before they were introduced to the public. There were too many such posts for this to be just 'friends of friends' who worked for the company getting in on the action.

The mystery about how so many bloggers were getting sneak peeks at new products is finally solved. General Mills is now inviting all bloggers to participate in their new program My Blog Spark. This is not just for gluten-free bloggers so tell all your blogger friends about it whether they are gluten-free or not. As there might be a cap on how many participants can sign up, be sure and to register soon.

People who sign up will be eligible to recieve products that fit their blogging theme and possibly hosts give-aways for their readers. Once again, this is not for only the gluten-free blogging community. Finally a large company has figured out to market not only to our quickly growing gluten-free market but to the rest of the world. Kudos to General Mills for figuring it out!

For more info: Visit the MyBlogSpark website to sign up - you must host a blog or web page that ties in with General Mills products.
